Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they remain in sellable condition during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
